Our Story

SurveyGenius was founded in 2025 after our team spent years watching organizations struggle to turn feedback into action. Existing tools were either too complex for small teams or too limited for growing businesses. We set out to build a platform that meets teams where they are — whether you need a quick five-question pulse survey or a sophisticated multi-branch research instrument.
